Write-up: Pt vaccinated with Recombivax HB 3rd dose 24JUL90 on 27JUL90 developed a low-grade fever, elevated liver enzymes, splenomegaly, and jaundice. He was admitted to hospital & treated w/steroids for 1 wk. At time of report pt almost recovered.
