Write-up: Became ill, dysfunctional, unable to successfully perform duties. Dx-w/brain disorder (bi-poplar), but he believes it was caused by anthrax shot.60 day follow-up the pt also experienced CFS, skin disorder, digestive problems, joint pain and severe muscle spasm.
