CDC Split Type:

Write-up: Not sure who the flu shot was by, my son had the Vaccine for HPV and within one month started having cramping problems and bathroom issues, took him in to doctor, and she stated he constipated and needed more fiber, and we took him home, did this and added MIRALAX to help it pass. This continued all year and kept him still having tummy issues, he increased with the frequency, started missing school or be late, missing football and baseball practice, needed to be close to a bathroom, when we took him back in 12/2016 for wellness check, we let her know and she noticed he fell low on the growth chart now and no weight gain over the past year, she gave him second HPV shot and one more flu shot, requested bone scan test and blood work. Bone scan came back 12-15 months delayed and possible markers for Crohn''s and celiac. We took him to Dr in January, this led to series of test. To confirm, not only did he have Celiac and Crohn''s, he was inflamed beyond any child should be without being in excruciating pain, MRI showed ulcer colitis and Irritable Bowel Disease.

Write-up: Information has been received from a physician via a company representative, referring to an adolescent male patient of unknown age (reported as "14 or 15 years old"). The patient''s medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. As medical history was reported that the patient received unspecified vaccines. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of GARDASIL 9 (anatomical location, administration route, lot number and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis. The reporting physician stated that the patient was diagnosed with Crohn''s disease an unknown amount of time after receiving his first and only dose of GARDASIL 9. However, other physician (the physician who diagnosed the patient) suspected that the patient had had Crohn''s disease since an unknown date prior to receiving GARDASIL 9, as every time the patient had received any (unspecified) vaccine, (including but not limited to GARDASIL 9), the patient experienced an increase in unspecified Crohn''s disease symptoms. As a result of the event, patient has decided not to complete the GARDASIL 9 series. The outcome of the Crohn''s disease was unknown and the causality between this and the vaccination with GARDASIL 9 was not reported. Upon internal review, the event of Crohn''s disease was considered as medically significant.

Write-up: Autoimmune diseases: Started having severe stomach problems and after lots of tests I got the diagnosis of Crohn''s Disease. Mom realized it was right after the vaccination but never did anything about it and when I realized a few months ago that it was probably related, she agreed. She still had me get the third GARDASIL vaccine even though she suspected that''s what triggered my autoimmune diseases.

Allergies: I had reactions to oranges in high school but other than that I wasn''t allergic to anything at that time.
Diagnostic Lab Data: There''s been tons of tests, scans, etc. ran on myself. There are records of my vaccines from 4/2010 and then records at the orthopedic place with scans of my bones and lab work from rheumatology all within a very short time frame after the vaccine.
CDC Split Type:

Write-up: *I''m not sure what brand of DTaP I was administered in 2010. I had the vaccine and 3 weeks later I had swollen joints bilaterally and couldn''t hardly walk. I went to Ortho and they Dx me with sprained ankles and to take large amounts of ibuprofen. That didn''t help. I went to rheumatologist a few weeks later and after blood work was completed. I was diagnosed with seronegative Rheumatoid arthritis. Prior to that I was a healthy 20 year old, athletic and was a nurse (active on my feet). I was started on methotrexate and steroids. I did that for years until I started getting worse. I never got a vaccination after that and I just found out the correlation within the past 2 years. I eventually got diagnosed further with Crohn''s Disease and tried biologics and had a reaction to them. I have had 2 bowel resections due to this and it all stems from the DTaP vaccination.
