Write-up: Pt vaccinated with DTP/OPV immediately after vaccine administration, pt had a fever of 100 & was fussy. 17AUG90 pt started having seizures, dx as idiopahtic complex focal seizures. Seizures evolved & dx as having infantile spasms.
