Write-up: Patient called the day after recieving his vaccine reporting vomiting. He states that the evening after receiving his vaccine he started to feel like he was being "placed under laughing gas" then around 12 am experienced stomach pain and felt nauseous but did not throw up until 1am. Spoke with him at 1130 the day after receiving his vaccine and he feels "off" and has a headache but is no longer vomiting
