Write-up: Patient had onset on facial swelling while driving home s/p Johnson and Johnson vaccine after waiting in office for over an hour. No lip or tongue swelling or shortness of breath. Had zyrtec with her and took 10mg. Did not use epi-pen. Drove herself to ER, was given 50mg benadryl with improvement and was monitored. Continued on 50mg benadryl at night and 10mg zyrtec daily and doing better.
