CDC 'Split Type':

Write-up: Feeling flu symptoms w/o fever, felt weak, heavy chest, swelling of right upper inner leg, some loss of taste, head pressure in sinus area and forehead, and shakiness. Rest and slept on Monday. Went to ER on Tuesday. Was diagnosed with vaccine reaction. Went home and slept again. Return to work on Wednesday. Symptoms are getting better except for the right upper inner leg which is still the same.
