Write-up: ATRIAL FIBRILLATION; This spontaneous report received from a patient concerned a female of unspecified age. The patient''s height, and weight were not reported. The patient''s concurrent conditions included atrial fibrillation. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: unknown, and expiry date: unknown) dose was not reported, administered on 08-APR-2021 for prophylactic vaccination. The batch number was not reported and has been requested. No concomitant medications were reported. On 12-APR-2021, four days after the vaccination the patient experienced atrial fibrillation. The patient was confused with the event occurred due to the vaccine or the fact that the patient was concerned about the vaccine and misinformation. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient had not recovered from atrial fibrillation. This report was serious (Other Medically Important Condition). .; Sender''s Comments: V0: 20210424331-JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE Ad26.COV2.S- Atrial fibrillation. This event is considered not related.
