Diagnostic Lab Data: All STD & STI tests were done on 4/15 to rule out disease - all negative. Wound culture taken 4/15. Wet mount taken 4/15 - negative/no fungi, Anime, clue cells, Trichomonas.
CDC Split Type:

Write-up: 4/11/2021: chills, fever 4/12/2021: Lipsch?tz ulcer; vaginal ulcerations that lasted for ~2 weeks. Noticed discomfort on 4/12. First saw nurse practitioner on 4/15 and saw ob/gyn on 4/20. Never experienced before.
