COVID19: COVID19 (COVID19 (JANSSEN)) / JANSSEN 042A21A / 1 LA / IM

Symptoms: Arthralgia, Joint swelling, Pain in extremity, Tinnitus

Life Threatening? No

Died? No
Permanent Disability? No
Recovered? No

ER or Office Visit (V1.0)? No
ER or ED Visit (V2.0)? No

Previous Vaccinations:
Other Medications: 2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp black pepper in morning coffee.
Current Illness: none
Preexisting Conditions: mild/moderate asthma, controlled with diet (wheat is trigger) and clean environment.
Allergies: penicillin, CeChlor, Bactrim, PEG, wheat
Diagnostic Lab Data: 4/26/2021 Friend who is RN looked at legs for obvious signs of possible clots, she said they looked ok. I tried to get into a local walk-in to get that checked, everyone said "go to the ER." I don''t have funds for a likely "you''re fine, lets run some expensive tests anyway" bill so I''m being watchful.
CDC 'Split Type':

Write-up: Knee joint and calf pain, both legs. No significant swelling in calf, right knee feels swollen, both are painful on impact (can''t do running) Tinnitus (was mild before, now is quite loud.)
