Write-up: A few moments after receiving the vaccination, patient fainted and had some tremors afterwards. We picked her up off of the floor and placed her in a chair. She was pale and had some discoloration around her nose area. She was able to speak to us. She felt cold and was sweating at the same time. Her body temp was 97 degrees F. According to her mom, she''s had a previous reaction similar to this but not to this extreme with the HPV shot. We called 911 to have her assessed by the paramedics
