Write-up: Patient''s husband reported to us on 5/19 that pt had nausea and vomiting and mild fever after getting the J&J vaccine on Saturday 5/15. patient then had a mild fever on 5/16 which was resolved on its own after 1 day but nausea and vomiting persisted, pt sough care from her PCP on 5/19 and was prescribed 2 antiemetics to treat. Patient''s husband verified no other symptoms, patient doing well otherwise.
