Write-up: Aches and chills beginning 10-12 hours post dose. Also some weakness and fatigue. Persisted for about 24 hours. Moderately managed with acetaminophen (500 mg Q 6 hrs). Patient is breastfeeding; her 7 week old baby was somewhat lethargic and had significantly increased frequency and volume of spit up during the same 24 hour window, but did not appear to be uncomfortable.
