Preexisting Conditions: We believe she may have been exposed to COVID in March 2020. We did not have her tested at the time but she did lose here sense of smell and displayed flu-like symptoms.

Write-up: Immediately after the injection child experienced a severe headache, pain at injection site, and some fatique. The severe headache has continued for 3 days. Over the counter advil has not helped. Headache is so severe that child is crying from pain. Noises above a normal tone (including the sound of a piano playing) triggers the headache and worsens it.
