Write-up: Patient-reported that her first dose went really well. Within five minutes after administration, patient reported feeling dizzy. Went to go grab water for patient, meanwhile patient witnessed another patient vomiting after his vaccine shot. Patient reported feeling more lightheaded and was assisted to the ground in a lying position. Patient reported feeling dizzy still and was speaking, but stated they could not move her body. EMS was called. HR 90 and BP was 160/90. After about 10 or so minutes, pt still could not move their body, but was still talking slowly. Patient was taken to hospital.
