Write-up: Patient reported palpitations, throats feels "funny", heart fluttering, heavy chest @ 9:19a. EMS called @ 9:22a. Diphenhydramine 12.5 mg PO administered @ 9:23a. Symptoms resolved in throat per patient @ 9:28a. Patients blood pressure was elevated at 9:20a at 154/111, pulse 85, O2 Sat 97% on outside air, respirations 16. EMS arrived at 9:32a. Patient not transported to hospital. EMS departed. Patients status when leaving was A+O x 4, clear speech, walking, all symptoms resolved.
