Current Illness: None.
Preexisting Conditions: Occasional mild symptoms of UTI that would flare up this spring after antibiotic treatment for first UTI in a decade fall of 2020 - so using a doctor prescribed preventative dosing of d-mannose around travel, intense exercise, intimacy etc.
Allergies: Family history of red dye sensitivity, and cephlex (?) family of antibiotics. No personal experience. Personal sensitivity to some sunflower oil products. GF, dairy, sugar free - mostly Mediterranean diet.
