Diagnostic Lab Data: 6/5- EKG showed normal sinus rhythm. elevated troponin and d-dimer. CR and CTA of chest normal. UDS negative. Rapid Covid negative. CBC and CMP WNL. Elevated BNP 6/6- Echo normal. EKG normal sinus rhythm, still had elevated troponin, last troponin level was 426 before discharge
CDC 'Split Type':

Write-up: two days of recurrent sudden, severe, crushing right sided chest pain lasting 10 min to 3 hrs that occurred 2 days after second dose of covid vaccine. pain radiation to back presented to ED, found to have elevated troponin and d-dimer. also endorsed emesis and diaphoresis. Denies sob. discharged two days after hospitalization.
