Write-up: brain injury; Spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician downloaded from the Regulatory Authority. A 75-year-old patient of an unspecified gender received bnt162b2 +*(COMIRNATY), dose 1 intramuscular on 03May2021 (Lot Number: EY2172) as 0.3 mL, single dose for immunization against COVID-19. The patient''s medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient experienced spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage (death) on 05May2021. The patient died on 07May2021. It was unknown if an autopsy was performed. The adverse drug reaction (ADR) appeared 2 days after administration of the first dose of the suspected vaccine and had a fatal outcome. No indication for treatment due to the severity and irreversibility of the brain injury. A history of ADR to other drugs was unknown. Evolution of ADR: Death. The outcome of the event spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage was fatal, of the other event was unknown.
