Diagnostic Lab Data: The pulmonologist ran several tests (chest CT scan, chest X-ray, pulmonary function, echocardiogram). He concluded I have post-COVID syndrome. He says that there is already lung damage; he believes that the damage began when I had COVID in March-April 2020 and that it has been exacerbated by the vaccine. He won''t know if it''s an autoimmune reaction until he follows my situation further; if the damage progresses, that indicates that it is an autoimmune reaction. The cardiologist examined the results of the tests performed by the pulmonologist, and he believes I have pericarditis, which is common among people who have had COVID and gotten the vaccine. More tests are pending.
CDC 'Split Type': vsafe

Write-up: On the same day I got the vaccine and the next day, I had fever, body aches, and malaise; I was in bed for 2 days. I had a lack of energy that was worse than it had been before the vaccine. On or about 4/14/2021, I woke up at about 2:00AM with chest pain, pain in the left shoulder and in the left side of the neck. The symptoms subsided after some time. I had low oxygen saturation levels; I knew this, because I used a pulse oximeter that had been used by my late husband. The low oxygen saturation levels have been ongoing ever since, and I have had periods of rapid heart rate and oxygen levels that are even lower than the low levels I have experienced since the vaccine. I have also had periods of chest pains at times, so my PCP referred me to both a pulmonologist and a cardiologist.
