Write-up: Chest pain with NSTEMI - troponin elevated to 6, downtrended. No EKG changes. TTE without reduced EF or wall motion abnormalities. Left heart cath did not show any significant CAD. Therefore, we believe this was a case of mRNA myocarditis from the 2ns Moderna dose 48 hours prior
