Write-up: I woke at 2:30 AM the day after my shot (so 7/18/21) with chills, a fever of 101.3, and body aches in my joints, teeth, and face. I was unable to sleep through it. Around 10AM, I took 400mg of ibuprofen and was able to sleep for a bit. I woke around noon feeling hot. I basically bounced from being too hot to being too cold all day, in and out of sleep, from here. At 8 PM, the left side of my upper chest started to hurt and I discovered a lump between my armpit and left breast. I determined this to be enlarged lymph nodes. It was very difficult to sleep that night due to this soreness (I can best describe that it felt like a bruised rib). The next morning, (so 7/19/21),
