Penile and prostate exam in August 2021 - normal. Cardiologist suspects endothelial dysfunction causing erectile dysfunction

Write-up: 6 hours after shot extreme fever, dehydration, arm pain, chills, muscle aches 24-72 hours - extreme fever with sweating, arm pain chills, muscle aches, brain fog. Arm pain lasted a week 0-2 months - brain fog, fatigue, chest pain, hot flashes, erectile dysfunction Still ongoing 3 months later - erectile dysfunction and complete loss in sexual interest
