Write-up: Everything started at 01:30 am - I was getting ready to go to sleep and going on Sunday. Multiple joint pains - knees, shoulders, elbows. I took two Tylenol. It didn''t help. 10 or 15 minutes after, I started coughing and sneezing and I was cold - I was freezing. Nothing was helping. Then 15 minutes later, my lower back started to kill me. I was feeling like my back was broken in two. I was crying in pain from 01:30 - 3:30 am. My husband tried to call 9-1-1 and they said that I needed to go to hospital but I was afraid of getting put on the breathing machine. But my husband did tell me around 04:30 am in the morning. I had really been suffering from pain and crying. I thought I was getting a hyperventilation attack when I was in the car. I know how to handle - a breathing attack from when I have a regular asthma attack but this one was different - I started to get a strong pain on my left side of chest and I was feeling in my arm. I was not being able to breathe. I asked my husband to please let them put me on the artificial machine because I knew my lungs wouldn''t make it if they did. I got into the hospital and they didn''t allow my husband to come in. My first nurse, 102 fever and I was not able to breathe very good. I felt my head and it was about to explode. I think they started to 4:45 am - an IV - started to give me medication - it was some kind of steroids. My breathing condition started to normalize. Did a lot of blood tests and cardiovascular test and did an x-ray. Around 07:30 am, the doctor came to my room and a nurse came and asked me if I ever had a heart attack or any heart condition? I said no. She told me I needed to sleep. She wanted to make sure that my Cardio REM was getting back to normal. I tried to sleep but my body was so painful. She gave me a medication to sleep and I slept and until 11:00 and a doctor said he''d send me home to recover. Told me to take medication. I got home about Sunday noon. By Wednesday, and they gave me an appt for Televisit for doctor. Between Sunday- Friday, I was in my bed. I could only walk to the bathroom I had body pain and I was hyperventilated just to walk to the bathroom which is close to my bed. Five days completely in bed. I couldn''t stand up and make food. Friday, Televist, the doctor put me on Methylprednisolone Steroid again for 6 days (4 mg is the lowest one). I started to recover by the end of those 6 days. It took me three weeks to do my regular work again. In my recent heath event, on Monday, the 30th of August, my son had symptoms. We went to Care Spot - Urgent care - for COVID test for him. On Sunday before my son got symptoms, I was having small breathing issues - with a little hyperventilating . The nurse at the Urgent Care - said she needed to put me on medication. She put me on the same medication I was on before . I took Methylprednisolone again - Tuesday - Sunday - I was on them. Now I''m breathing better but after the vaccine, my breathing has never come back to being the same as it was before the vaccine. I train and do exercise daily with a virtual coach through Zoom. We are working specifically in the training to get my breathing back to my regular condition. It''s just not back to that yet. On June 3rd, Thursday, I visit Dr. - he checked me and it was all about the same but the specific instructions: Doctor said: I have systematic inflammation as a result of vaccination. He said that I am in a higher risk to get a cardio-attack immediately. He said to take the medications with me - antibiotics, steroids and told me that any symptoms - get right away on the medication and try not to do stairs or high level exercise because my heart condition is not optimal. Note -Between Sept and October of 2019 - because of my allergies - my allergist told me to go three year treatment of allergy injections.. I had hyperventilation at the very first one and had to stop that treatment. I have had the flu vaccines without complications.
