Write-up: Nodular melanoma; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician downloaded from the Regulatory Authority-WEB - [FR-AFSSAPS-LY202111041]. An 8-decade-old male patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), intramuscularly on 26May2021 (Batch/Lot Number: Unknown) as single dose for covid-19 immunisation. The patient''s medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient experienced nodular melanoma on 15Jun2021. Seriousness criteria were reported as life threatening. On 15Jun2021, the patient observed a black tumor appearing on the left arm two to 3 cm below the level of the injection. This tumor continued to grow for three weeks. On 12Jul2021, a dermatologist performs its ablation. The analysis (analysis type not specified) in favor of a 3.65 mm lumpy melanoma, ulcerated, level IV pT3b. A PET scan revealed axillary and retro clavicular lymph nodes. On 31Aug2021, Enlarged resection and lymph node dissection. The outcome of event was recovering. The lot number for BNT162B2, was not provided and will be requested during follow-up
