Allergies: At time of vaccination patient declined any allergies or history of reaction to vaccines, After the patient received her dose and stared to develop redness/itching of her chest, she stated that she might have gotten slightly itchy with her second dose of pfizer vaccine. Later she said she also sometimes gets itchy after eating eggs.

Write-up: Patient got her pfizer vaccine and developed redness and itching on her chest 15 minutes after. She said her face felt slightly itchy as well. She was given 2 tablets of diphendydramine 25 mg. Her symptoms did not progress. She was monitored for a half hour then returned home. No addition medical intervention was given.
