CDC 'Split Type':

Write-up: Development of DVT w/ massive saddle pulmonary emboli requiring mechanical thrombectomy. R carotid artery emboli as well as R subclavian emboli w/ pulseless arm also requiring mechanical thrombectomies. Multiple showering CVAs/strokes.
