Write-up: The patient felt lightheaded after his first dose of Pfizer. The patient had run 14 miles and had not had much to eat or drink today. He died any pain. AAOX3 and in no apparent distress. Good ROM and neuros intact. He denied that he was going to pass out. Patient was provided water 3 bottles of water and a granola bar. He was observed for 45 mins until he finished the water and granola bar. Patient stated he felt much better and left POV.
